Seriously it’s often the tiniest little thing, like the margins are 2mm too small or a spreadsheet was filled in a certain method. I’ve had convos with teachers where I ask them “hey do you mind if I do it slightly differently”, they go “OK”, and then 10 minutes later a manager comes and asks me to do it the original way. Like fine, but why the fuck didn’t the original teacher just ask me. I’m the most gentle and flexible person I know, I literally haven’t had an loud argument at work since I before 2000. I’m not gonna have it out over this issue with you.
How the fuck is telling the manager not considered snitching with some people?
They must be operating on an algorithm that’s so foreign to me as to not even make sense. There must be some kind of social benefit some kind of putting you down to elevate themselves.
Some people see themselves as better and deem themselves deserving of being managers themselves.
Imagine when you’re the only person with melanin, or non gender conforming. These demons will literally time your 30 second bathroom break just to rat on you. Truly hell.
Easy, by making you into the “problem child”, they build themselves up for pay raise/promotion/more protection for being fired. Its ruthless there and they dont have any sense of comradery. You take the high road and end up falling into the chasm, because the others have been busy digging the dirt beneath your feet. Its the nexus of bourgeois culture, which will be abolished under any socialist system.
