I think I am a bit more sensitive since I see it used when referring to “hordes of Russian orcs” which feels racist. In this specific post it seems like the poster is trying to make a distinction between the civilized Slavic Ukrainians and the Mongol Russians.
That is understandable and I agree that Nazis (both Ukrainian and Russian in my experience as a Russian speaker btw) love to make that distinction between a pure Slav/Rusich and impure Mongols.
