Russians need to stop acting as some kind of heroes of WW2

Russia was officially allied with Nazi Germany and started the WW2 together with them, invading their neighbors

After getting betrayed by Hitler, russia threw millions of men into meatgrinder and raped and looted Europe

German occupation was replaced with russian occupation, independence of the occupied countries was not returned.

russians were not liberators.

They were and still are primitive rapists, thieves and murderers.

Word orc describes them perfectly.

Also, US aid saved russia from destruction, without US building russian logistics and arms industry, those tens of millions of orcs would have died for absolutely nothing.

Today, they need US to rescue them again, russian asset Trump is doing his very best.

I’ve already gone over how 1931 would be a more reasonable starting point for World War II. If 1931 sounds extreme, other candidates include 1935 (when the Fascist bourgeoisie invaded Ethiopia), 1937 (the Marco Polo Bridge incident), 1938 (the European ruling classes partitioning Czechoslovakia), or 1941 at the latest (when the Axis struck Pearl Harbor). I’d argue that 1939 is the worst candidate of the lot, as it is not only Eurocentric but seems to be motivated by the need to repetitively equate the USSR with the Third Reich.

(And notice how nobody ever blames the Slovak Republic for starting WWII, even though it would be no less logical to do so when insisting that the Third Reich and the Soviet Union started it.)

The Soviets never ‘allied’ with the Fascists, and the Soviet intervention in Eastern Poland was legal, which was why neither France nor the United Kingdom declared war on the USSR in 1939. Likewise, the Baltics were originally attached to the RSFSR until Poland, the German Reich, and the British Empire split them, and the Soviets had valid reasons to be concerned about the anticommunist dictatorships nearby.

Speaking of the Baltics, here is a look at Estonia under Axis occupation:

In the report of the KdS about the first year of his activities, one finds the following figures: Sonderbehandlung in 5,634 cases, concentration camp in 5,623 cases, arrests 18,893, political screening 60,000. The headcount of the victims of the Omakaitse is not entirely included in these figures. In comparison, the number of victims of Soviet terror was given as 1,818. A comparison of these figures is telling, because the [Axis] crimes have been eliminated from the Estonian collective memory, both in the West and, as far as can be seen, in present‐day Estonia as well.

Rather interesting, I think. We can also state with confidence that the Fascist occupation of Poland was far worse than the Soviet intervention.

As for the claim that Imperial America saved the Soviets, the Axis was already destined to lose by December 1941, but even if not, there is little reason to believe that the much hyped Lend-Lease aid was decisive to the Soviet triumph over the Axis.
