Also I got the game to run full speed on my potato in PCSX2, a pro-tip enable multi threading and direct 3D 11 in the emulation and graphics options.
There were like a dozen attempts by the FFXIV team to put it in the mmo and it could never reach the quality bar Yoshida needs. Not sure if it’s ever made it in since though as I’ve not touched it in a while
