I disagree.
While I have seen prices rise right before a sale, the discounted prices are almost always slightly less than what they usually go for.(In the case of Amazon, dunno about other sites)

That’s the kind of thing you install in virtual box and play around for an afternoon, not something to be installed in bare metal

I think the whole point of the question was to have it not be uploaded to cloud and keep the information on device itself…
