  • Because that’s how the company works. HR has to talk to, for example, social benefits (money the state gives to people who don’t have a job because they are either unable to or fled from a war zone. HR calls the state to handle everything so you don’t have to.

    Another example is if you want a week (or more) off. You can just tell HR and they will do everything for you.

    Heck, you can even tell them someone is bothering you and it will be resolved for you.

    I see. Over here in Europe we use multiple stores too. As for the data collection, I personally don’t really care much, I’m not a criminal nor am I an important individual, so they don’t really care about me to begin with.

    And yea, the internet would be quite fun if they all suddenly died
