The great thing, for most people, about a food being gross is that you don’t have to eat it. Is someone forcing you to eat olives? I mean, maybe you’ve just not tried fresh olives?

It’s both!
I did notice Altria / Phillip Morris were also in that list. :-(
Perhaps so, alas. And the rates of obesity and diabetes continue to rise. sigh.
Imagine how much plastic waste could be eliminated if we just boycotted these companies.
How do you feel about government backed currencies?
The Real MVP! Thank You!

WAIT A MINUTE!!! You mean Douglas Adams was actually an LLM?
Life is full of opportunities to learn. “Gotta learn something new everyday.” Here’s a bit more: There are about 6000 solitary bees that live on the NA continent. Most of them make small tunnels in the ground, and some carve holes in wood, e.g. trees, posts, etc. The ground dwelling ones on average go about 6 inches deep. So that woven plastic “landscape cloth” interferes with them. If they are beneath it when installed, they can’t get out. If they are above it they can’t make proper homes for their babies. Happy Spring!!

About 20% of cholesterol comes from direct consumption. And about 80% comes from sugars and fats. According to this article (https://www.massgeneralbrigham.org/en/about/newsroom/articles/how-is-cholesterol-produced). Cholesterol is the parent compound to all the steroidal hormones, including pregnenalone, DHEA, testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and vitamin D. So one needs cholesterol, just not too much of it. Oxidized cholesterol turns out to be associated with pathophysiology, in atherosclerosis (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7836017/), and Alzheimers disease (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4473000/) One needs sugars and fats, but the amount is dependent on how one uses those compounds. And the body uses them in all sort of ways, including energy production for exercise.
So cars these days have anti-collision systems. One would think a million dollar boat, with millions of dollars in cargo, approaching a multimillion dollar bridge would have some sort of active sensing system to prevent a collision. That video shows the Dali strolling right into the support. It wasn’t a glancing blow, rather it was a direct hit. Either somebody f’d up big time, or major act of sabotage on US territory.
Thank you for posting the Gauntlet article. I have several patients, and a few friends with LC. And I’ve had pushback on my relatively strict policies around avoiding infectious disease, especially viral respiratory infections like COVID, and Influenza. The medical establishment is only just beginning to acknowledge and from that to study and understand post-viral syndromes. We have a lot to learn, in regards helping those who have contracted post-viral syndromes. And we won’t get to the solutions if we deny the existence of these longterm, disabling maladies. Keep talking, people, our best solutions come when we work together.
Thanks for all you do Ernest! I hope you feel better soon!
¡jajaja!
It’s in the jenes!
