    I’m sorry for making seem as a personal argument.

    Sexuality as a social coping mechanism seems so specific that generalising it to as many people as incels make it look like reflects how little they think of themselves. I wonder if that acts as a psychosocial positive feedback loop that destabilises their self-worth and the percieved self-worth of others by sexualising people, especially women, but also themselves.

      Oh sure, not personal, just explaining that I don’t have first-hand insight into thinking that.

      Certainly they cope with their sense of low self-esteem and perceived failure by criticizing and projecting it onto other people. Also i’d revise my earlier statement to mention that they actually refer to all women as whores, not just people who have certain patterns of behavior, because they believe that all women act like that.
