Nicaragua accuses Germany before the ICJ of facilitating genocide in Gaza by sending weapons to Israel and demands reparations for Palestinian victims.

Nicaragua filed its Memorial in the case before the International Court of Justice against Germany regarding its failure to comply with international obligations regarding the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including the supply of arms to Israel to carry out genocide in Gaza.

In its Memorial, Nicaragua demonstrates that Germany’s violations date back decades, and points out that these include violations of international humanitarian law and the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination.

Nicaragua has also detailed before the court the support that Germany has provided to Israel, not only military but also political and economic, which has facilitated violations of peremptory norms of international law.

Nicaragua has also requested that Germany cease its violating conduct, including military supplies, the distinction in its commercial and other activities between Israeli and occupied Palestinian territory, non-repetition, and reparations for Palestinian victims.
