Yep. That’s why there are infamous flops such as Undertale and Celeste. That little purple trans ghost? Guess how Mario made Nintendo so unprofitable they couldn’t even release a sequel to the Switch. And man, those poor guys at the Last of Us who made no money on any of the games or the streaming series. Damn. If only people supported woke artists? But less sarcastically, have you noticed how games that “avoid politics” are often dull and uninspiring? Whoop de doo, Call of Duty 5,396. Such innovative gameplay. And the people who stick to those games and avoid anything woke? We call them… bigots. Calling out examples that make you look good is easy. Try taking a stand for marginalized people next.
