There is always, always one pair of these in the safety cabinet. Nobody knows how it got there, nobody ever uses them cause you work inside under artificial light and you need real sunglasses out in the yard or welding goggles. They’re probably 20 years old sitting in that cabinet.
I’m labeling the next pair I find, “Portable Mexico.”
Delivering bad news? Hand them Portable Mexico and a Corona.
Class 3a iirc. Like laser pointers and laser levels. These enhance the color and visibility of them, they aren’t to be confused with laser protection, shine a laser in your eye with these on and you will live to regret it but perhaps not live to see it.

Bro they’re for finding dye with UV light. Yellow makes florescent dyes much much easier to see/much brighter.
Daaaang! That totally makes sense. It’s always quality lab that does UV or small shops outsourcing dye pen and I’ve never done it.
Yep. Im a mechanic and we use dye on tons of stuff and the purpose of yellow goggles aren’t super well known in this industry either in my experience.
What are the red ones for? They make the sky look really cool when it’s blue.
I think laser protection if they’re that weird deep red with like a little orange.

The description says “the laser dot” as if there is just one kind. I’m assuming it’s a measuring or level kind of laser dot?
