ngl, I really like video essays as a format, and I’m a yapper. I’ve been considering merging the two into a food studies/humanities youtube channel, if only because it would be pretty fun to talk about my field with people who aren’t food scholars already.

Plus, the field is so new that I don’t think anyone is actually doing food studies videos
