Is this promoting suicide? She’s probably going to die if she joins the war in Spain. Should we cancel Existential Comics for promoting suicide?

Oh, cool. So risking your life to kill fascists isn’t suicide?
I would say no, but I can see that perspective.
She wanted to risk her life in a big way, but I believe making a contribution was her goal, not dying. It’s just that she didn’t think her odds were very good (accurate). Any way, she did actually survive, and died of some unrelated illness in her 30s.
Drag has met a lot of people on Lemmy who said this sort of thing is suicide, and who got mad at drag for saying it should be done. One even followed drag around and harassed drag about it
